Community Asset

A fire district needed to refinance one of its most critical items – its firetruck.

X-Caliber Rural Capital provided effective financing for this special asset through the USDA Community Facilities Guaranteed Loan Program, which offers direct loans to develop or improve essential public services in communities across rural America.

The truck will support thousands of residents in the community and respond to more than 2000 calls a year.
