At X-Caliber Rural Capital (XRC), we provide funding for rural businesses, community facilities, and water and waste facilities through the General USDA OneRD lending initiatives. Through four different programs, we support many different project types including manufacturing, health care, hospitality, agricultural processing, public works, infrastructure, and renewable energy. We serve all types of borrowers including small-to-medium size businesses, non-profits, Native American tribes, water districts, and smaller municipalities. These investments aim to stimulate economic development and job creation in rural areas.
By funding these diverse initiatives, we are able to support rural businesses and community projects that play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life and promote renewable energy and energy efficiency in rural America. We provide purchase, refinance, and construction-to-permanent financing. Our loan programs offer longer-terms, optional fixed rates, and more flexible underwriting than traditional banks.
Depending on the program, our expansive USDA lending platform support loan sizes between $250,000 and $100MM and will be available for new construction, acquisition, and refinance transactions:
