Loan Originator & Syndication Specialist
Objective: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Loan Originator & Syndication Specialist to join the Rural Infrastructure Lending within X-Caliber Rural Capital. This role involves sourcing, developing, and managing client relationships to originate loans through various programs. This position will also have the added duties of leading or supporting the placement of whole loans and participation with third party buyers and investors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to promoting economic growth in rural communities.
Salary and total compensation to be determined 401K 3% annual match
