As Portfolio Manager, Ms. Bahnsen manages the performance of X-Caliber Rural Capital’s USDA loan portfolio including risk assessment, agency and investor reporting, asset management, and agency consent requests. In this role, she also ensures ongoing compliance with all federally guaranteed loan requirements.
Ms. Bahnsen has over 20 years of experience in securitization, credit underwriting, servicing, and asset management with a variety of institutions including portfolio lenders, insurance companies, banks, and CMBS issuers.
Prior to joining X-Caliber Rural Capital, Ms. Bahnsen was a Senior Asset Manager. Before that, she worked as an Assistant Asset Manager at Midland Loan Services and as a Seniors Securitization Supervisor at PNC Real Estate.
Ms. Bahnsen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Business Administration degree from Baker University.
