In her role as a Construction Loan Administrator, Ms. Rollins is responsible for managing X-Caliber Rural Capital’s USDA construction loan portfolio from origination to stabilization. She effectively mitigates risk through project and budget management to ensure all federally guaranteed loan requirements are met and the project is successfully completed.
Prior to joining X-Caliber Rural Capital, Ms. Rollins served as the Construction Disbursement Manager at U.S. Bank where she oversaw a diversified construction loan portfolio, coordinating commercial construction loan closings with multiple internal and external parties to ensure successful loan closings.
Prior to that, Ms. Rollins was a Client Analyst in the New Market Tax Credit division at JPMorgan Chase Bank.
Ms. Rollins holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Bank Administration from the University of New Orleans.
