Patricia Hernandez has more than 25 years of experience in the construction, industrial, and commercial real estate lending industry with focused expertise in compliance, management, and complex entity structures. In her role as Transaction Manager, she oversees
pipeline management including overseeing timelines, due diligence, quality control, and borrower communication to ensure proper document collection and loan stage advancement. In addition, she ensures a smooth transition of the loan from closing and servicing.
Prior to this role, Ms. Hernandez served as the Vice President, Senior Construction Loan Administrator at Pacific Premier Bank where she performed similar duties serving as the primary liaison for the sales, legal, and compliance teams on complex construction and commercial real estate as well as managing policy and procedure updates.
Prior to that, Ms. Hernandez was Vice President, Senior Construction Loan Processor at Venture West Funding where she was responsible for processing and managing construction loan due diligence.
Ms. Hernandez has a certificate from El Camino College, Redondo Beach, California in Business Management and Business Banking. She is a member of the California Real Estate Association.
