Jack Rubin is a Loan Originator and Syndications Specialist at X-Caliber Rural Capital (XRC). He manages communications between XRC and ALC, for seamless collaboration across teams, and tracks all loan syndications for the XRA product. He also sources and structures financing solutions on the XRA side, drawing on his background in real estate finance.
Prior to joining XRC, Mr. Rubin worked in acquisitions at United Properties of Canada. In that role, he assisted with sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate transactions, performing comprehensive financial analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to close deals. Mr. Rubin earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Miami.
