DeeDee Hooker is Vice President, Portfolio Management at X-Caliber Rural Capital, where she manages the ongoing performance of the firm’s USDA loan portfolio after closing. She oversees borrower financial reporting and analysis, covenant and compliance monitoring, reserve account administration, and site inspections. Ms. Hooker also manages servicing requests and loan modifications, including conversions from construction to permanent loans, and prepares reporting for USDA and investors.
Ms. Hooker brings more than 20 years of experience across finance, accounting, operations, and lending. Before joining X-Caliber Rural Capital, she spent more than a decade working independently as a contract chief financial officer (CFO) for multiple organizations. Earlier in her career, she held roles in accounting management and as a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage loan originator.
Ms. Hooker holds bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
