As an integral player in California’s almond industry, CCP is expanding its existing 65,000-square-foot facility by adding an adjacent 52,500-square-foot building.

X-Caliber Rural Capital provided a $29.5 million USDA Food Supply Chain Guaranteed Loan for refinancing existing debt and constructing the new facility. CastleGreen Finance supplemented this with $4 million in C-PACE financing via the California Statewide Communities Development Authority’s Open PACE Program. The C-PACE funds support renewable energy improvements, including a rooftop solar array, battery storage, and seismic resiliency enhancements.
